I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Chetrit this week. This was the most attentive and thorough eye exam I have had to date. She was the first to detect the hole in my retina and clearly explained the treatment options and followed through with a referral to a specialist. She was patient and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns.

I would never recommend this optometrist. I've been wearing glasses since age 11, so I've had over 3 decades of experience getting eye exams, contact fittings etc. and this is really the worst experience I have had with any eye doctor.... It took this doctor several weeks to send me my trial pair of contacts. When the Acuvue moist dailies were too dry for me, she suggested the new Oasys dailies but actually sent another Acuvue daily instead. Bottom line, total lack of concern for patients

Arrived to my appointment on time, there were no seats available. I was standing by the door with four other people. After two hours of waiting to see the doctor, I left, The office is shared by two doctors and there were approximate 20 patients/people waiting to see two doctors. Very disappointing, unpleasant experience at Dr. Chetrit's office.
