I was referred to Sally by my insurance provider, she called me today to have a pre-assessment conversation. She is a marriage and family therapist but she mentioned that the issues that I have been going through in my relationship can be handled by myself, and . there is nothing a therapist can do to improve it. She sounded very judgmental and made me very uncomfortable to talk to. I do not even want to go to a therapist that behaved
