We went here because they had relatively good reviews, my husband's experience was not good. He received new lenses for his glasses and quickly learned the new prescription was not right. In fact he could now see better without glasses than with them. We have it a few days to be sure and then called them. They said bring them back, which we did. The person looked up his OLD prescription and said this one was considerably weaker - makes no sense. So she set up a re-examination for the first available appointment, 4 days later. We showed up right on time, only to be told we had no appointment and the doctor was completely booked! The next week we were going out of town so this now meant we had to wait 10 days for a new appointment. On the next appointment, he says the doctor was in a big hurry, not giving him adequate time to "compare" the pictures they flash up asking which is more clear. She said his exam this time showed different results as the one 3 weeks ago and wrote a new prescr
