Sam has been a wonderful supporter of healthy living without making me feel guilty if I mess up. She talks a lot about strategy—thinking through *beforehand* how you want to approach meals, holidays, or vacations in such a way that you still get to enjoy them while maintaining healthy eating habits. She listens closely and is supportive of your lifestyle, reinforcing that individual decision-making is the key to a healthy lifestyle.
