There was some miscommunication from your scheduling department. I was referred to another Dr and I was told that the NP I saw would make me eligible to begin seeing the referral Dr. As an established patient. I was told this when scheduling and when I arrived. I was informed while in the room that was not the case. It all worked out, I really appreciated the NP and the knowledge she expressed, and I do believe she will be a great primary care for me.

To see a doctor would have taken months to get an appointment so I chose to be seen by a physician assistant. But my preference was to be seen by a doctor, while my care was very good I still prefer to be seen by a physician.
