Very belittling. Makes you feel stupid if you express concerns or ask questions in regard to your child(ren). It appears that we need her permission to take said child or children to the ER, even when it's our choice to take said child/children, but despite it being our choice, we're told, "you have my permission to take (child) since I'm not with you." She has rubbed us the wrong way twice. It is our intention to take said child/children if said child/children are acting out of character or if we feel that something is seriously wrong regardless. We'd rather be safe instead of sorry. We are the parents. Parents who are worried or afraid do not want to be dismissed or belittled when expressing their concerns. In addition, why ask if we have questions if you're going to brush our questions off or make us feel stupid for not knowing medical terms or if we can't pronounce something? If we encounter another rude visit we plan to switch neurologists. Needs to work on people skills.
