I am a veteran of 31 years of service and recently was referred to NP Samuel Acha’s office in Bangor, Maine for another VA medical exam in hopes to increase my monthly VA disability compensation. Mr Acha may not be a doctor or a PA but I can honestly say he was the most thorough examiner I’ve ever had. I had 11 areas of concern that have increased in severity which required a nearly 3 hour conversation between the both of us. He examined every area and discussed all areas with great concern no matter how long it took. Mr Acha is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. I left his office with the thought this examiner did everything in his power to submit a thorough and complete medical review to anyone concerned. I am very grateful for the time he spent with me and would definitely and highly recommend him as a medical examiner for any and all veterans. Thank you Mr Acha for the time you spent with me.
