Limped into his office with leg and back pain. I was barely able to walk a few blocks without pain. Well after many treatments, following stretching. Core and back exercises he gave me to do and changing up my workout routine, i am almost pain free! I can walk 6 to 7 miles again thanks to Dr.Barbee. His staff is awesome and very personable and caring. Thanks Seaside Spine.
