This was definitely the most unprofessional appointment I’ve ever had at a medical facility. The nurse was very unfriendly and preoccupied both times she briefly came in the room. Samuel Braswell seemed uncaring and uninformed. He sent me for blood work at the lab and forgot to send them the orders to do the test. Also, when I went to pick up my RX he had failed to send in one of the prescriptions! I’ve been using this clinic for years & never an issue with any Dr or nurse except these two!
