Wait time
For every appointment, I have waited at leat one hour. Today, I inadvertently found out 3 patients were booked for the same procedure at the same time with the same dr. I have no problem with the care at all, but the overbooking is absurd and there is always some excuse other than the truth that they are overbooking.
