My name is Samuel Parmenter. I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I hold the highest level of certification in Addictions Medicine (CARN-AP) and have nearly a decade of experience as a professional in the field. Beyond medication, I bring a psychodynamic approach; as our tradition intended.
