Series of unfortunate events.
I really don’t see how this fella has right at 5 starts. Waited a hour and 20min to finally get mad enough to get up and leave. Watch everyone else go right on in. Never in my life had an issue with a doctor being so beyond inefficient with their time. I almost believe it was a joke but then again the first time I went their to meet wadell my intuition felt like he wasn’t the guy and oh and behold if it wasn’t for my wife scheduling my appointment with this guy I would t of wasted my day and gas waiting for nothing. Anyway thanks!

When trying to explain what had been happening with me due to unable to get medication in a timely manner he would reply as if that was my fault. Why didn't I do a walk in? Was told there was no way I could see the Dr. Before my appointment. Well you have to have a 3 month appointment for refills of that medication. Yes I was told this after 3 messages on my chart and a phone call on Friday and appointment was scheduled for Monday.

Anxiety? Do not recommend
Does not treat anxiety! I called clinic and asked to see a physician who treats anxiety disorders and was given a appointment with Waddell. Not helpful at all. I told him the meds he was prescribing hasn't worked in the past. Did not effect his decision. Then contacted head of nursing Rhonda and to resolve issue. Was told by her and several other staff members they would return my call within 24 to 48 hours. Not Rhonda, Natalie or Rebecca would return any phone calls from the office. Would definitely recommend driving to a more qualified clinic with more understanding.

As an ICU nurse I was very disappointed in his bedside manner. I didn’t feel like he payed attention to my medical concerns at all. Medical issues were not handled and will have to find a different doctor so I can get A workup and hopefully relief of symptoms.

I love Sam Waddell, he is always very nice and very thorough. Although, I had a problem with the medication he prescribed and called his office twice to get help and never received a call back.

Sam Waddell, PA, is the most unprofessional medical staff employee I have ever dealt with. Should’ve known better than to settle for a PA. If he’s your only option do yourself a favor and either wait for an real Dr, or go somewhere else.
