Dr. Sanaz Adibian, PSY.D

Very sweet women. Super kind and caring. However, her practices were too strange for me. Said I need to be resetting my magnetic field and bring my dreams to sessions. Some of her advice even seemed harmful to my eating disorder.

Dr. Adibian is very skilled in her therapeutic approaches to helping her clients heal. She is extremely easy to talk to and makes her clients feel comfortable. It was by pure accident that I started seeing her and am so thankful to have found her. I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of some guidance in their healing journey. She makes her clients feel at ease and has a way of relating experiences to other real world experiences to provide her clients with the knowledge and understanding to move past any suffering they may be enduring. She does not tell her clients what they need to do or how they need to deal with stresses or life situations. Rather, she provides them with guidance and examples to provide them the knowledge to equip themselves with the strength to overcome on their own. This is a very powerful approach as it allows the individual to be able to develop their own strategies and tools to heal as opposed to telling them specifically what they need to do.
