I would recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been to several different counselors, therapists, etc. and Sandra is the only one where I’ve actually gotten the help that’s needed. The exercises we do are beneficial, she’s extremely knowledgeable, and never has spoken a negative word towards me or about me. I’ve also brought my child here as a client and the treatment has been almost night and day to before she started coming here. Sandra is very professional and I would tell anyone to come see her that needs her professional help.

I had a great first session with Me. Shields she took my insurance which was hard to achieve. She was thorough on my intake information and I would say she is meticulous with details. Her office had good covid protocol. I appreciated her taking the time to get the information regarding my level of depression and anxiety and she gave me constructive feedback. Next week she will develop goals for Me to succeed. She took me in when others refused to and I have a lot of respect for her.

No matter how many times I explained the situation for why my child was seeking treatment, it didn't seem to absorb. After 5 visits, I took my child and never returned. I even explained why and she still didn't get it. Please save yourself time and do not bother.
