Compassionate, insightful and skilled
I've worked with many therapists on an individual and couples level and Sandra is the best one I've encountered. Sandra was instrumental in helping my wife and me break out of our stubborn patterns of unresolved conflict and learn a better way to do marriage. She is excellent at drilling down to the root of every problem and then helping each of us understand our own and our partners motivations and biases. It is hard work, but completely worth it. Since working with Sandra, our marriage has healed immensely and we now have tools to communicate and resolve conflict more effectively.
