I have a patient of hers since she arrived. Because I have several autoimmune issues along with pain; I am well aware of my crankiness at times! She has NEVER been rude to me. She is very easy to talk with and takes her time. Her staff is amazing - waiting anxiously for Tanya's return - she always greats me with a huge smile! Cindy is very professional and always on the mark.

Dr. Sandy is am amazing nurse practitioner and I highly recommend her. She's been wonderful to me and I've been a patient of Dr. Ulmer for almost 10 years.

All people are a lot of things. This women helped saved my life. If she was rude to you my question to you would be, were you rude to her? Having lived in Havasu for 25 years my bet is YES you were. Reap what you sow. Your the tops Sandra!!! Short version is I’m going to make it to 50 in part because of this women’s dedication and skill.

I would never recommend this NP. She was horribly rude, unconcerned about any issues I needed addressed( blood work, flare ups, etc,) I kept asking to talk with me about these concerns and she told me she didn't have time and her only concern was to "clean up" every patient on meds and protect her licence. She took me off one med( the only one I take) that I've been on for 18 years and put me on a HBP med( I have low blood pressure) she wouldn't look at my charts to see my medical history.
