Sandy and her team have been great. Very kind and take the time to go over things fully.

I didn't go to the doctor for 10 years because of medical anxiety. Dr. Sandy and all the nurses and staff have made me feel comfortable and eased my fears. Because of them I have done all the things I was supposed to do at this age as far as Breast, exams, colonoscopy, bloodwork, etc.

Sandra is fantastic. I really appreciated the way she made me feel comfortable talking to her even though we have never met before. She was kind and listened to my concerns.

My visit was not just "very good". It was "excellent". I am extremely pleased and grateful that I will be under the care of Sandy Zernzach-Schertz. She came highly recommended and I understand why. And, I love that she is a part of the Froedtert team. There is no better healthcare than Froedtert.

I was able to get a same day appointment. The nurse new I didn't feel good and moved along as quickly as she could. Sandra was very compassionate and took her time with me. She explained the meds she was going to prescribe and how to take them. She made me feel like I mattered. Very impressed. Highly recommend

This is the first time I've been to this clinic. I will definitely make Sandy Zernzach my new doctor. (Nurse Practitioner) I was very impressed with the nurse I saw before seeing Sandy. She was knowledgeable about the issues I am having. And, Sandy Zernzach totally took her time with me. She went through my records and we talked about all of my concerns. She then referred me to a specialist, which I appreciate very much. I am hoping to get the answers I've been looking for, for years. She also didn't make me feel rushed. She listened and heard everything I said. I am so glad that she will be my new primary care person!
