The whole experience, from hearing test through to hearing aid selection and fitting was quite pleasant. Doctor Carnavale was patient, kind and reassuring. I highly recommend her.

My 84 year old father had serious trouble with hypersensitive hearing. Sara was extremely patient, kind and generous with her time. She listened intently to his whole experience and difficulties. She provided a lot of great suggestions and we decided to have her make custom ear plugs. These were done in a very timely fashion. Sara even stayed late one night to accommodate our schedule so we could pick them up, changing her own personal plans. If you have any difficulty with your hearing, be sure to give Sara a call. Her professionalism, compassion and willingness to help is exactly what you would want when you find yourself with one of your senses not working properly. She is a calming influence and has many resources and ideas!

Sara is the best. I've been wearing hearing aids for the past 40 years and have experienced many audiologists. Sara is totally proficient in using her computer in ways that other audiologists don't even understand. She is forthright, friendly and one of the few that encourages and explains the importance of hearing loops with hearing aids.

I have had nothing but excellent help and customer service from Dr Carnevale Fearon. I have been a patient of Dr Fearon's for six years and began to experience some difficulties with both of my 6 year old hearing aids. I called Dr Fearon to setup an appointment to have her take a look at the problem. Dr Fearon tried several solutions in her office to correct the problem; when none of these solutions worked Dr Fearon sent them both out for repair, and gave me loaners until mine were repaired.

Sara is very patient focused. She wants to do everything possible to help those of us hearing impaired and has the experience with hearing aids to adjust them to the patient's real world situation.

She never rushed me out of the office and made sure my hearing aids settings were exactly where I needed them to be.
