After having a washer dropped on me which resulted in a 3.5 inch laceration. Blood everywhere straight out of a Quinton Tarantino slasher film. For me this constitutes a bad day. I end up in the ER and Ms. Bakhtiarnejad had my mess under control. She is polite, personable and does a textbook stitch insanely well. Thanks for fixing me and brightening my day up.
