Sara was impatient with my child and rude. She would become visibly flustered, rolling her eyes when my child didn't respond immediately and correctly to her requests. She also didn't want me in the room during sessions with my child, which given her impatient nature raised a red flag for me. She honestly has an attitude problem! How in the world are you positive and effective if you get upset with the very children you see who obviously need a little more help and rude to the parents. NO STARS
