She was unprofessional and had terrible bed side manner. My boyfriend was suffering a sinus infection and had an elevated heart rate due to sinus meds. He is already nervous, she tells him he is going to die and would not let him leave without signing an against medical advice paper. It caused him a massive panic attack and once I got him out I started panicking as well.

Sara is really present with both my mother, the patient, and me, there to assist. She listened fully and patiently, writing relevant things in her chart. She offered to help with finding a social worker to look into our insurance needs. She validated both of our concerns.
