I went into the CCF Twinsburg ED because I could not walk on my right leg. I entered in a wheel chair and was processed and seen quickly. I had extreme pain behind my knee and in my calf. I was NEVER given an ultrasound to rule out a DVT and the diagnosis was "acute pain of right knee." Apparently I didn't have the "traditional" symptoms to warrant an ultrasound, On October 27, I was diagnosed with a DVT in my right leg at Euclid ER.
