Sara was working in my area for a short period of time (we have a serious medical professional shortage so they are filling the need with rotational staff) and I was sad to see her go! Not only could I tell she read my file before entering the room, she was knowledgeable about my issues and what other options were available to me. When she didn't know something, she told me that, and informed me she would research the issue and get back to me. When she called me two days later to discuss what she found, I was pleasantly surprised (most doctors these days just send you a message through their app, or forget until your next appointment). She sees her patients as people, not work, and cares enough to follow through. She even caught a negative medication interaction that my pharmacist missed, and called to inform me that she would be changing my prescription, and why. I hope she is brought back into the rotation so I can see her again!
