Very nice and I think she actually cares
Very friendly and professional one of the few at Mercy that has tried to help me both knees are bone on bone gave me injections in both knees didn’t help me any but was worth trying while I was there she drained my elbow 3 different times had about 12cc fluid on my right elbow each time about the size of a golf ball after the 3rd time it hasn’t returned she made me feel comfortable was very respectful and pleasant ordered me some knee braces that helped somewhat I had more serious problems that needed to be addressed before I could even think about knee replacement surgery would go to her again and recommend her the Doctor she works for seems very good staff was nice but because of the way I’ve been treated by Mercy Hospital when and if I have the surgery I will probably go somewhere else this should not be any reflection on her because she was very pleasant and respectful and I trust her completely thank you and keep up your good work ethics
