A fantastic therapist
Sara has helped me cope with significant stress, including job problems; relationship issues; trauma; and more. She is always empathetic and willing to challenge me when I have trouble with compassion fatigue. Over the past couple years, she has helped me grow into a more stable and functional person. I will say that she leans pretty liberal, so keep that in mind if you might not jibe with that. On occasion, she runs just a *few* minutes late, which doesn't bother me, but she has always been willing to spend a full hour with me even if we start a little late. Even so, she is highly reliable and has never canceled on me in the 2+ years I've seen her. I highly recommend her care.
