Provider didn't spend much time for my first visit. She also got upset when I looked at my labs before her. She also dismissed constipation as "arthritis " when it was clearly not. She was supposed to schedule a referral to a neurologist and a gastrointestinal Dr it has been over a month with no appointments made. That was the first and last time I went to her .

Had a recent telehealth call with Sara as my doctor was booked, and was very impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern. She even suggested I call back and ask for her personally if I wasn’t improving in a few days. I felt she listened and offered sound medical advice that aligned with my regular doctor’s diagnosis of the same ailment in the past.

Sara Crooks is quite knowledgeable and easy to talk to. However, my medicines that I needed were called in to the wrong pharmacy and I did not know that so I went for 2 days without the medicine that I needed. I called the office to ask about my meds. The office never did return my call.
