I’ve been seeing Sarah for a few years now and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is present with me, curious, open minded, supportive, wise, intelligent, and kind. She has worked with me through lots of different challenges and I appreciate her ability to be flexible in every session to what I am bringing in that day. I feel empowered in our time together and have developed new skills and perspectives that have enriched my life. She works with emotions, somatic experiences and feelings, thoughts, and ideas that feel vital to a holistic therapeutic processes that honors the whole of an individuals experience.
