I did a video visit with this provider due to painful UTI symptoms. She was quick to write it off as an STI saying 'it's rare for men to get UTIs'. She offered no treatment or at home remedies, other scheduling testing the next day. The urgent care provider I saw the next was compassionate and thorough, correctly diagnosing it as a UTI and not STIs at all.

The reason I ended up here is because I've seen Dr. M Ferrell in 2016 after my spinal fusion surgery. I believe he is a decent doctor so I went back to see him. The problem is Sarah V, the first review has everything right on, very unprofessional seems to take things personally and has lots of attitude. She only has three years of experience and I feel she is way underqualified to deal with severe chronic pain patients. Unless she is paid by the trail of dead in her wake?,. I feel very bad for anyone that comes in contact with her. So I will do anything I can do spare anyone the misery and waste of time and stress that comes with dealing with someone that knows nothing.., My pain is so severe and I'm getting to the end of my rope that somehow when you're honest with someone it somehow goes against the patient. She can't understand normal thinking, there is no reasoning but I'm not sure I can blame her for not knowing anything.she should be an underling for quite a while. V Disappointed

This is a nurse who works at Advanced Pain Management and is very unprofessional, very rude, and does not care about the pain I have to deal with in my life. I went their to see a doctor to help manage my pain because it is so severe. She never one time asked me how I feel, or how my pain levels are. She wouldn't even look at me, and kept her back too me and took all my pain medication away within 3 months or less and I have been a pain sufferer since 2006.
