Dr. Bixby-Dubios and her staff took time to help me and make getting new contacts easy. She answered all my questions and concerns. She did not make me feel rushed during my appointment. Also the staff was able to work around my schedule to get me in during my off hours. Over all Dr. Bixby-Dubios, and office staff, and her level of service was what I was looking for in an OD.
