I HOPE you read this too, Sarah :(
She will not lift a finger to help you without making you come back in (BUT is routinely booked out at least a MONTH, so you’ll suffer) for a visit that she can bill insurance for. Even if you’ve just been seen for the same condition that you’re calling about a few weeks later, need a refill (not a narc or antibiotic-just a TOPICAL) because you’re still symptomatic, or you need a dose change of a med (again: non Narc/abx) you’ve been on for 20 years, forget it. I once worked with a greedy PHYSICIAN, who got fired for this. Her nurses (RNs) are rude, extremely incompetent, often don’t return calls, and you’ll have to call 5 or 6 times before a script finally gets sent to the CORRECT pharmacy, or at all, god forbid it needs a prior authorization. So if you enjoy being miserable, by all means- go for it. I’m done. My mom and my son see her too-my mom is new to her as of this Sept and already will have seen her 3 TIMES. ITS OCTOBER. We are firing her TODAY. She’s ALL about money over CARE

She is smart, compassionate, and takes time with me. I'm so happy to have found my new primary care physician. She was highly recommended to me by an internal medicine physician, so that's some high praise.

Sarah Butell is one of the most compassionate, capable providers I've seen. She's a phenomenal communicator who thinks things through logically, and doesn't jump to conclusions. I strongly recommend her.
