Attempts to pawn training off on family members that should be done by her or her therapists. When family members have issues with training other family members she will give up on the family, blame them for the failed attempt at therapy, and leave them with no recourse. Ends period of care through text message the day before therapy is scheduled. Will leave a client without services for months due to the abrupt ending of services. Pretends to show genuine care and concern for client, but will treat the client as if they were another folder when convenient. Does not put in the maximum number of hours the client is approved for supervised sessions. Leaves the work to lower-level therapists who are not able to properly implement the parent training model. Will be flippant about homework assignments not being done but uses this against the client when ending services. Cancels important meeting dates because she can not make it to the meeting, but blames family for the cancellation.
