Telehealth
Sarah’s really thoughtful and she’s guided me to learn how to process my emotions in a more constructive way. I like meeting with her because I truly feel like she’s listening to me, and she offers me advice that focuses on mindfulness and compassion, which are two things that are very important to me.That being said, I can understand why some people wouldn’t like her style because it’s relatively unstructured, and sometimes it feels sort of vague. I really like this— I don’t necessarily like being told exactly what to do or think, but I can see how it’d be helpful for some folks.All in all, I’d really recommend Sarah. I truly don’t know why anyone would say a bad thing about her.

Absolutely Sucks
Everything about her is an awful human. Don't even consider her as an option.

Sarah is a wonderful, caring, skilled counselor. She's great at reflecting back to me what I'm saying and providing her observations without telling me what I should be thinking/feeling/doing. I've really appreciated her insights over the last couple of years. Telehealth has worked out great for me in terms of convenience and quality of the sessions.
