Dr. Sarah Garrett, ND

I've been going to Dr Sarah Garrett for years and I appreciate her very much. She is holistic in her approach, incredibly intelligent and knowlegable, and takes time to listen and get to know her patients. She remembers my past issues, what's going on in my life that may be effecting my health, and is willing to search for and try things to get to the root of what the issue really is. I trust both her care and her ability. That is a great mix and hard to find in a doctor.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Garret until I didn’t. I complained of pain and inflammation in my right side. At which point we tested for SIBO. After weeks of complaining of pain, several different tests, a diagnosis from Dr. Garret of bloating, I finally went for a second opinion. Immediately my new doctor sent me in for an ultrasound which revealed an 8 POUND CYST on my right ovary. I was sent to Seattle for cancer screening and then proceeded to have a full hysterectomy all within a month of the cyst discovery. When I reached out to Dr. Garrett to share this information she never responded back to me. I found that to be extremely unprofessional and a complete disregard for my health journey. Prior to this I also had a horrible BV infection. She kept prescribing endless antibiotics - non of which worked. It wasn’t until I spent hours combing the internet that I found a specific strain of probiotics that I was able to finally clear my infection.

In 2021 I sat down with Sarah to have an intellectual conversation about ivermectin. The first words out of her mouth were ‘It’s for horses’ - I got up and left. This drug has an exceptional history in human medicine and has won a Nobel prize. The safety profile is quite remarkable. Fortunately there were a handful of courageous souls working in the medical field that were knowledgeable about ivermectin and willing to share that knowledge during covid.

Dr Garrett is amazing! I would highly recommend her to anyone. She takes the time to ask the right questions (questions I haven't been asked before in other doc visits). She is thorough and a great listener which make her an effective and efficient doctor. I felt like she was able to tease out where my health problems may be coming from much faster than other docs I've seen. She is generous, kind, caring, very knowledgeable, and a great teacher. I appreciate the way she takes time to teach me about how my body works--this has empowered me to take control of my health. I'm SO thankful for Dr. Garrett and the time I've had with her.

Dr. Sarah Garrett has been my PCP for 8 years and has always exceeded my expectations in client care. I have continually recommended her to anyone looking for an exceptional doctor. She goes out of her way to make sure all her clients receive the best care possible. I feel extremely lucky to have found her. She has become the bar that I hold all medical professionals to and I recommend her to anyone wanting to resolve and optimize health related issues. She will go the extra mile for you.

I established care with Dr.Garrett over the summer. She could be an awesome doc, I’m not sure. After a month and a half of leaving four unanswered messages for her, and being assured by the receptionist twice I will receive a call back the same day only to hear nothing?... all I was requesting was a referral to an eye specialist for an extremely common strabismus issue. I gave up, changed docs and got a referral same day through PeaceHealth. She may be a good doc, but I never got to find out.

She is the best doctor I have been seen by. She is a great listener, is thorough with her questioning and diagnosis, and she takes your concerns (no matter how silly they may seem) seriously. She also does everything she can to put you at ease. It is easy to schedule an appointment, their office is impeccably clean, and communicating through their online portal is very convenient. I highly recommend!

This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a medical practitioner. Dr. Garrett was extremely judgemental about my diet, without even asking me to detail what I eat during a typical day. She failed to take any objective measures during my very expensive, out of pocket evaluation. She scolded and preached that there was no way that I could be healthy eating a plant based diet. She did order blood tests and was amazed when they all came back absolutely normal. Never going back

I have never meet with a Dr. and had the immediately and intuitively known how to alleviate a life long issue I've had. I'm thrilled and hopeful with the treatment I've received. In fact, my results were almost immediate and my husband insisted on seeing her too. I highly recommend Dr. Garrett and recommend you have all issues cataloged and all supplements and medications when you come in for you consultation. It's so much easier for her to assess you when she has the whole picture.
