Dr. Sarah is an amazing therapist; she is a great listener and always gives the best advice in a non-judgmental way. Besides that, she is very sweet, smart, very organized and her office is always a calming and inviting place; I loved going there. We worked together for 2 years and she helped me a lot. I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Sarah because she had a tremendous impact on my life. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a therapist.

I always leave my appointments with Sarah Mandel feeling better than when I came in. She has great insights and is always encouraging, supportive and non-judgemental. I feel that she has helped me immensely. Highly recommend

Sarah is very easy to talk to and helps me understand myself and my anxieties through my everyday life. I used to cry everyday before school and feel extreme panic but with Sarah's help now I don't. She's extremely trustworthy and sympathetic.

Sarah has been so great. She is the perfect balance of sensitive and comforting but challenges me and motivates me when needed. I trust her implicitly with personal things and trust her to help me reach my mental and emotional goals. I came to her in a mess and she has changed my life in a very short amount of time.

I am so thankful for Sarah she has helped my daughters tremendously with issues of panic attacks, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and OCD. My daughters trust Sarah and she has helped them function in their everyday life where they previously have shut down and withdrew. Sarah helps you understand your issues and learn how to make changes that you can see and feel.

Sarah Mandel has helped me a ton. I feel a sense of relief when I enter her calm and peaceful office. She is engaged and motivates me to look at myself in a non-judgmental way. She has helped me see the challenges in my life in new ways and helped me deal with my anxiety. I highly recommend her to anybody looking for a therapist.
