Treated wife for upper respiratory infection and forgot to call her prescriptions in. This required multiple calls to Warren Clinic Urgent Care and still hasnt been resolved. Unprofessional!!

Getting answers from Premier Family Care in Tulsa is near impossible. The office seemed nice and friendly until you're waiting on test results. I called several times and sent several messages. Took a week to get a return phone call, glad I didn't have anything life threatening. I will not go back. Total lack of communication.
