Dr. Sarah Robertson, DNP

She was approachable, personable, and easy to talk to. She made me feel heard. She took the time to explain my diagnosis, treatment options, possible side effects, and my treatment goals. I felt like I was a part of the decision making for my treatment. She made me feel very comfortable and it was easy to open up and share to her.

I do not recommend Dr. Robertson. She would show up to appointments incredibly late & was very scatterbrained. She never asked & had no idea about my career, hobbies, education, relationships, home environment, etc. Appts consisted of her loudly typing, talking about how slow her computer system is, & asking whether I wanted to hurt myself. She didn't take charge in meeting my needs & I had to suggest what med changes I needed. I could go into an appointment & get exactly what I asked for, which I guess is a positive, but I would rather be recommended when it's time for a new med, to keep the same dose, to go up a dose, or to stop a med & to be explained why she feels that choice would be appropriate. Dr. Robertson correctly diagnosed my anxiety disorders but missed numerous more serious ones. She messed up billing my insurance for one of my meds & I ended up without it for several months, resulting in hospitalization. She didn't ask about this or talk about how it was avoidable.
