She seemed to want to help me. She took notes on my symptoms, asked questions, gave possible solutions/ scenarios/ planned for follow up if needed. Gave specific directions and support.

Was rude, not informative, unpleasant. She acted like I was asking for narcotics when I told her I thought I had an ear infection. Maybe she was having a bad day but it seemed as though she hated her job and her patients.
