I was very worried when I decided to try digital/Tele medicine because I thought I'd either get an idiot who couldn't find a real job or it would feel impersonal. I was 100% wrong. Sasha immediately came off as warm and knowledgeable. She listens to my suggestions like no other doctor I have ever had. If I have a non-emergent medication or health issue, she responds quickly to emails. I have bipolar 1, so I've seen many psychiatrists and NPs. This is the most comfortable and optimistic I've been
