Dr. Maiti might be one of the coolest doctors I have seen. She is one that you wish you were friends with. She remembers things you have said from previous visits. She has the best eyeglasses and she makes the entire exam seem seamless. I would highly recommended her if you need a routine eye exam. I wish she did specialty, so I could see her more.

I used my medical benefits to get an eye exam by Dr. Mathi at the Seattle location in Dec18. Following the exam, I got my glasses done from a different merchant. The glasses were made per the prescription but were unwearable because, the exam wasn't done correctly and the prescription as incorrect. I reached out for help and asked me to comeback for a re-exam. I did go in for a re-exam and got a revised prescription. Which was incorrect again. I reached out 3rd time only to be hung up upon.
