Scheyden Herold, LMFT

Out of the 8 or so therapists I've tried over the years I had the best success with Scheyden (possibly better success than the others combined). I saw him for both couples counseling with my wife and then again individually once my wife and I were in a good place. We worked together about a year and a half in total.The CRM model (which we did for individual therapy) feels unusual if you've never tried it. But it gets root causes of problems and changes them. In comparison, other therapy models I've done (and even enjoyed like CBT) feel like they only really describe the problems, at best.My marriage, career, and self-care skills would all be in much worse shape if I hadn't found Scheyden. Only criticism is that he seemed to sometimes speak longer than needed to make a point. But then again, it's hard to argue with results.Highly recommended. Particularly for relationships, self-care skills, and treating complex PTSD.

Scheyden was able to help me find myself again in very anxious and difficult times. He was very thoughtful and understanding to my issues. I highly recommend the CRM technique to whoever tries therapy. It helped me discover childhood traumas and how I can manage and comprehend the root of my issues. I was in a 4 and a half month program and I felt he attended all of my needs I wanted out of therapy.
