Trusted long-term therapist
Dr Adams was my first therapist and I saw him many times (first in person and then virtually) from 2016-2021. I benefited greatly from his help and insight. He is a thoughtful and caring individual who I came to regard as a valuable confidant and whose advice greatly helped with the marriage and family issues for which I’d sought his help. He guided me through my apprehensions around trying medication for the first time, a path which led me to understand the roots of my deep depression and an OCD habit I was unable to break - but which I’ve now conquered, thanks in no small part to his help and guidance. Thanks to him I now understand my issues and deal with them directly. I have no complaints about his treatment and he always dealt fairly with me, even on the several occasions that I flubbed our appointments.

Had an appointment on a Monday, my fault, I forgot the time and missed it. After not texting me back for 24 hours and giving up hope, he let me know Friday at 8 works. The address he gave me, completely different than his profile pages and website???...Anyways the new address did not specify N or South, so when I texted hi, he said "N I think"...you don't know where your own office is? He then said "This is second time, we must move on." Makes me feel at fault for seeking help... DONT GET HURT
