Phone conversation with him that was full of misrepresentation and not being truth saying they care about vets, if they do why do they inflict pain instead of helping it. i was in therapy treatment plan and he took me out and now having me to wait 27 days for therapy so how is that helping veterans so i have to start a new therapy program as he said doesnt matter if i dont want to do it i have no choice but . community care works better than the va system in some instances
