I was happy to take an appointment with another provider to keep an earlier date when my usual PA had to reschedule. But...either I saw Mr. Lewis on a bad day (x2) or he has no compassion for his patients. What is usually a quick and painless procedure became an ongoing source of discomfort and health decline. When I returned to see Mr. Lewis 19 days following insertion of Testosterone pellets with pain and swelling at the site he immediately disregarded my concerns and even denied that these symptoms were related to his procedure / technique or even at the same site. The pain and swelling continued and I was able to see my regular provider who ultimately removed several of the pellets that had migrated under the skin. The discomfort has continued and I lost the benefit of the treatment resulting in increased weakness and fatigue. Mr. Lewis, all you needed to do was take responsibility!
