ER Visit
I had to visit the ER for a lung issue while visiting family. Visiting the hospital when not close to home can be challenging for many reasons. Scott was patient in listening to me about my issues, serious in his recommendation for testing, and thorough in waiting for and reading the results. It was nervous situation but Scott’s approach and honesty was calming and I left feeling a lot better about my diagnoses and approach to recover. Thanks Scott!
