This doctor does not update his contact info with the insurance companies. The phone # I was given belonged to someone else. So when I stopped at the office there was no administrative staff and only doors that were unmarked. Trying to locate someone, I inadvertently walked in on a therapy session. After he had me sit in the waiting room, he informed me that he wasn't taking new patients. After I apologized for the confusion, he proceeded to chastise me for walking in on them. This was caused by his negligence, not mine. I was merely seeking help with severe emotional distress, brought on by decades of GI problems. The treatment I received from him was immediate dismissal. This is not how a counselor should treat a patient- potential, new, or established. This practice is sketchy and unprofessional.
