Dr. Poland tells it like it is. He is not the type of Psychologist to just ask you "how do you feel about that?" He was honest and truthful in what I needed to do to change my life. He really wanted to help me to get better as soon as possible and I DID!!! In the past I saw therapists that would drag out an issue for so many sessions. Dr. Poland is not that way. If you are ready to change your life and get results fast, he is the Psychologist to see. I highly recommend Dr. Scott Poland!
