I have PTSD, anxiety, and a host of other issues. I’m not really the type that is into therapy but I went to him for help. From the very first zoom call session, he had an arrogant attitude. He also randomly brought up race, which I found bizarre. I told him that I’d just like a few sessions to see if I’d be interested in therapy, seeing as I already had a therapist that I was seeing. I did not trust him enough to give him my psychiatrists information and he took it as a personal jab (lol), and used my openness of my experiences against me (I emailed one day when I was going through something). He brought that experience up in the very last session, stating that was one of the reasons why he didn’t want to work with me. Then later he states that it doesn’t have anything to do with me, but that he’s “afraid” to work with me because of me being hospitalized for suicide many times and my mental state. My question is: why are you even a therapist? I’m literally coming to you for HELP.
