Great care when I really needed it!
I had knee replacement surgery and went to a nursing facility afterwards. I checked out of the nursing facility because of the pain and swelling and asked if I could get a same-day appt to have my doctor's office check and make sure I wasn't in danger of having clots. I was given a 3pm appt and Sean Conley was there to check and make sure I was okay. Also, the medical assistant Stephanie change out the steristrips & made sure the area was clean. Yes, the pain and swelling were normal but the area was bone-on-bone and there was a great deal of damage. Sean answered all my questions, was patient with me and put me at ease. Afterwards, my friends took me home and I continued to improve but it took a while. Thanks Sean for easing my mind while I was in the worst pain I've had in recent memory. And now, I'm looking forward to getting my evaluation and starting my P.T. tomorrow morning. I know it won't be a walk in the park but I already see the improvement in my condition.
