First time reviewing a therapist... here goes.. for starters, he's a great listener AND knows just when to speak up and engage me. I felt much more connected to the work because we focused on specific goals. I found working with him was helpful for my depression (in remission, hopefully for a good while), my relationship, my kids, and my performance at work. He's very down to earth and easy going, worked with me and my unpredictable work schedule. Highly recommend him.

Dr Riley is a warm, empathetic, knowledgeable, and trustworthy therapist. I can't recommend him highly enough, he's that good. I'd see other therapists but they (apparently) didn't know what they were doing. I was able to stop taking medication and now I know when I need to practice better self-care, and talk to my husband when my head starts spinning. There's something to be said about the "wisdom of experience"... and his sense of humor was always well-timed.

I was lucky to work with him! I had major OCD after a traumatic event and didn't even know it... I can't recommend him enough. I sometimes didn't like waiting a couple minutes but nobody's perfect.

Dr Riley helped me gracefully through the worst time in my life. It was transformational! He gave me the skills to with as they say "the cruel hoax life can be".
