? I’ve had multiple visits with Senialita Abarquez, and unfortunately, each one has been marked by a consistent lack of communication, attentiveness, and care. I often felt talked over and dismissed when raising concerns or asking questions, which made it difficult to feel heard or supported in my treatment. She consistently spent minimal time with me—my longest appointment was just 7 minutes—which reflects a lack of genuine interest in her patients’ concerns or well-being. During my most recent visit, I was given incorrect medical information regarding my hormone panel, specifically about elevated DHEA levels. It is general medical knowledge that DHEA can be elevated in patients taking stimulant medication for ADHD, yet this important context was entirely overlooked. This indicates not only misinformation but a clear failure to review my chart thoroughly before discussing my results. When I attempted to escalate these concerns, her staff refused to provide contact information for submitting a professional complaint, which I found unacceptable. While the front desk staff has always been kind and professional, the repeated pattern of dismissal, brief visits, and lack of thorough care from the provider has ultimately led me to seek medical attention elsewhere. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Nevada State Board of Nursing regarding the quality of care and misinformation I received.
